While Callum has always loved Earnest, he has recently taken a greater interest in touching, hugging, and interacting independently with him (typically leads to eye poking and the cat looking at me like "Ummmm, his fingers are wet and sticky and he is touching me.") which Earnest is tolerating better then he used to. Callum will usually start by briefly touching Earnest tail or paw and then typically he will shriek with glee and the cat is off! Here are some pictures from their interaction this morning.
