Playing with Daddy and Dave

They say that children absorb a lot through incidental learning and I have to saw that in watching Callum I would have to agree. No one has ever shown Callum how to play the Wii but he seems to have the movements down. This afternoon Brett was playing football with his good friend Dave who lives in New Mexico and Callum was the third player (Yes he had a wiimote and they are playing xbox 360 but Callum was not aware that he wasn't actually part of the action).

As a side note for those who don't know the Xbox 360 is a new edition to our household that Brett received as a Father's day present, which was only 2 years late. For our wedding he got a PS2, for Pharmacy graduation he got a Wii, and he joked that he would get an Xbox 360 when we had a child. It didn't happen when we had Callum but it seemed like a fitting present for Father's Day (I know it sounds like we have a lot of game systems but the new one was necessary as the PS2 was no longer allowing Brett and Dave to play football together (a necessary thing) and they did not have an interest in getting PS3s)
