First trip to the Golf Course

Brett has a big guys weekend planned next weekend and since he has not touched a golf club in several months and these particular clubs ever (new to him hand me downs from his dad) he felt that he needed to get in some practice. Since Callum and I had nothing better to do we thought that we would tag along (I haven't touched my clubs in an even longer time) and that is what we did. We set Callum up in his wagon, sun shade included, and headed out to the course. Callum really seemed to enjoy the entertainment, the snacks, and even the small yellow balls that he felt the need to take in and out of the basket and throw on the ground. He was very well behaved and allowed us to hit balls and then chip and putt. Here are a few shots of the fun that Callum (and the rest of us) had.

Not only fun to hit but mighty tasty as well.

Off to the chipping green where Daddy said all Callum really needs to learn golf is a wedge and refreshments. He had those two bases covered.

Then it was on to the putting green where Callum spent his time finding new uses for Mommy's putter cover. "Hello, How's it going?"

Let's try it on and see if it fits, if so I'll take a dozen.
