This morning we made a trip to Cedar Hills Farm in Hernando, MS. Callum and Finley saw a variety of farm residents- sheep, horses, chickens, cows, pigs, turkeys- and came home with new friends. Three baby chicks, colorful (humanely-dyed) and as Callum declared, "very cute." After much deliberation, Callum settled on the names "Martian Polarbear" (which he had previously suggested as a baby-name) for the green one, "Peyton Manning" for the orange one, and "Fippie" "Spazzberry Nugget" for the pink one.
