Hugs, Kisses, and Personal Hygiene

Callum started giving REAL kisses and even fishing for them. He purses his lips and then pushes his head forward like a chicken until you give him a kiss. It is adoreable and you can tell that he is really proud of himself, since he will clap for himself many times after he does it. He is also starting to give hugs where he pulls you close to him and squeezes you, it is very sweet.

Last night all of Callum's "personal" hygiene issues were attended to in about 15 minutes, which he did not necessarily appreciate. These included cleaning his ears, cutting his fingernails, combing his hair with no more tangles since his curls get unrulely, and brushing his teeth. When we were done he felt he was entitled to the comb and his toothbrush, both of which were used to fix our hair and clean out teeth.

Callum sharing the importance of Personal Hygiene

On additional addition that I thought was too cute to not include. Brett has decided to teach Callum to blow bubbles in water. He tried in the pool this weekend but was finally successful in the bath tonight. Enjoy!
