Just not in a traditional fashion.
Recently we have been placing items of interest to Finley just out of her reach in hopes to entice her to start moving in forward fashion; however, Finley has found her own ways to reach them (Backwards Scooting, Eliciting brother's help (he will come and push her booty), pivoting in a circle, or twisting and contorting her body). She does push up with her arms once in a while so I am sure we aren't too far from forward movement but it is pretty cute right now to watch her try to get the items in her own special way.
