That's right our exclusively breastfed little girl has gained almost 6 pounds in 2 months and grown 2 1/2 inches (birth weight 7 pounds, 5 ounces, height 20.5 inches/according to the doc average weight gain is 4 pounds over this time period so she really is packing on the pounds). He said with her weight we should go ahead and drop her middle of the night feeding and try to get her to sleep from 11-6 without it, so we will see how that goes. Brett and I have been discussing that she is bigger than Callum was for a few weeks but this is confirmation because the doc didn't make this recommendation until C's 4 months visit because his weight wasn't high enough at his 2 month visit. Everything else looks great and she even showed off a little for Dr. Charles by almost rolling completely over from her belly to her back twice when he laid her down on the examine table. She got her first 3 shots and C was happy to get none; however, next time we go in October she will get her routine shots and he will get his flu shot so that should be interesting. So far seems to be tolerating them well, hopefully that will continue.
