Today the Mid South Ice House (where Brett has been playing in a Hockey League) had a try hockey for free for kiddos 4-12 years old and since Callum is now 4 we gave it a try. They provided all the equipment for Callum and Brett volunteered to help out on the ice so they both to go out on the ice.

Callum's only male classmate from preschool (he is in a class with 5 girls and 2 boys including him) was also there so they got to play hockey together.
Brett was able to get Callum up on his skates and even got him to take a hockey stance; however...
This is how Callum spent the majority of the time while working with Brett (that's him laying on the ice in the orange pants).
Once Brett got some else to work with him though he participated a lot more, which tends to be the case with all activities we participate in with Callum.
We will definitely have him out on the ice again soon.
